Crystal Residents Directory is a privately run reference that describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Crystal, Minnesota. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with any records office, court, or custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make decisions regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
This service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither material here nor a result returned by a linked tool is a consumer report.
